Mrs. Orokan Dimie Nwankwe, widely known as ODN, is the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Finance at A-Dopt Group. A co-founder of the Group, she brings more than ten years of management experience to the role. She oversees the Group’s people strategy, talent development and financial stewardship.
Mrs. Nwankwe holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management, specialising in Human Resource Management (Human Capital Development). Both degrees are from Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Psychology from the National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna. She is completing her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management at Rivers State University.
She is a vibrant, proactive and highly professional leader. She combines academic depth in human capital development with practical experience in organisational management.
